Pat Lake, Birdwatching Point

Beautiful lake full of lotus and variety of birds. There is a view point constructed on the bank.

Nice place to sit and relax on busy road.
Saw many species of birds and the lotus and water lilies were looking spectacular.

It's a very natural scenic place with good landscape.

Not sure about the bird watching stuff apart from the crane and crows but the lake is paradise and home of some very charming lotus flowers with 2-3 colours.
The beautiful Mauli Mandir sets a perfect devotional backdrop for the lake and serves as one of the key attractions as both are separated by the coastal highway

Nice location, in my quick short break of 15 mins here I saw plenty of varieties of water birds including whistling duck, cotton pygmy goose, pheasant tailed jacana, moorhen, grebes, cormorants, gray heron and kingfisher. On the near by tree I saw small green bee eater and blue tailed bee eater. I did saw single female Malabar pied hornbill. On the bank I saw pair of white-browed wagtail and drongos

Beautiful lake, nice area to sit and enjoy the lake.
Didn't expect the structure to be so clean and well maintained.
Looks like a very small village if you pass by, but the way they have made the birdwatching point is impressive, I would sit there all day and enjoy the view and the birds if i could.

Very calm and soothing place to relax. One can do morning walk and sit here for meditation. This can be useful for bird watchers. Good place for photography as well. Nearby cities are Kudal, Malwan and Vengurla. Beaches nearby Nivati, Bhogve, Khavane

It's a Big water pond with lots of white lilies, lotus flowers, 4/5 types of ducts, cormorants and well maintained. This time there were no migratory birds.

It really good ..it is situated is pat -mhapn join road and pat -parule center of it...these place for nice looking birds come on winter season and side place was coconut trees and farming activity during there..
It is nearby mauli tempel ..on centre of road shivaji maharaj chowk stechu ...
