Zone Niathu by The Park

We stayed for a night. The rooms were nice and spacious. Breakfast spread was good however the refill time was slow and we ended up with waiting for iddly for a long time.

Located a short distance away from Dimapur airport, this is a lovely, green accomodation, conveniently located to all local attractions. The rooms are spacious, well-kept and very comfortable, and the food is decent. Right outside, there is the White Owl bookstore for book lovers to browse. One can get autos from the main road. But I had a good experience with the transport ordered from the hotel reception.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful campus, excellent service and surprisingly food is cheap. Lots of playing areas for kids. And special appreciation to the service team who greets everyone with a smile.

Thats the only way to describe my experience at this property.
It is well located on the main road with numerous supermarkets and show rooms at walking distance.
The establishment has a sprawling area with numeorus sporting facilities, ample space to take long walks, well maintained lawns, childrens park and play area, well equipped gym & spa and a beautiful pool.
Rooms are modern (recently renovated), spaced out and very spacious unlike dingy hotels with a single corridor opening into numerous rooms on both sides.
The restaurant ambience was top notch and good food!
But the most remarkable aspect i found was the staff. Despite being in a small town in a remote corner of the country i was pleasantly surprised by the professiianlism, warmth and training of the staff...i dare say they were of "Taj" standards!(I rate Taj hospitality as the best in the country!)
On the whole a wonderful experience.
Steongly recommened for solo/couple/family vacations to relax and enjoy.

went to attend friend's wedding. Had an amazingly relaxing 2 days. Location and ambience of the property are on point. The greenery, the spaciousness, the architecture, all are fascinating. The rooms were comfortable with all the required and expected amenities. The food at the restaurant was also damn good. The breakfast buffet spread is quite elaborate too. Only complain i had was that, the room services were a bit slow which may be because of the distance of the cottages from the reception and kitchen but rest everything was on point. Special mention for the staff members, very courteous, efficient and helpful.

Amazing resort with state of the art facilities. Inhouse restaurants are amazing serving some lip smacking food. The pool side Bar is also good. The overall stay experience was amazing. Staff is very cooperative and efficient though there's a bit of a language barrier but rest everything was perfect ❤

I am a regular visitor to Niathu..It has lot to offer...a must visit resort of Dimapur. Food is amazing..and ambiance is just wow...lots of wooden work and unique furniture...it has swimming to beat the heat during Summers.

Loved everything about this place. Calm, quite, serene in other words. Lovely place to relax and unwind yourself, far away from the maddening crowd.
We went for a vacation to Dimapur and loved spending time in this place. The resort itself is well kept and maintained by well behaved staff. This was my first visit to Nagaland and I'm really impressed. The people are very well mannered. Loved the service given in the resort.
Food too was very good. They tried to maintain both Indian and Chinese cuisine along with Naga cuisine. Liked the food served, though there can be more options of Naga food. The bakery items were also good Also, the complimentary breakfast had decent options.
The best part amongst all was the pool (obviously). Loved spending most of the evenings there. Also they have a kids play area where the kids had fun going the merry go round, seesaw, swings, slide, etc. They have a basketball and a tennis court and special zone for badminton and table tennis. They also have an in-house boutique store and a nursery with Anthurium andraeanum flowers and plants. They have betel nut, mango trees all over the resort. Had a chance of having a ripe mango fallen from the tress and i must say it was extremely sweet and delicious. The lanes are filled with flowers garden on both sides. They also have 2 restaurants, a cafe and a open air auditorium. Also, a closed auditorium was in the process of being made.
Overall an excellent place with good service and good people. Hope the service is maintained. Would love to visit again.

It was a pleasant stay at niathu. Room were best at the price range. Also the resort has a swimming pool and occasional open mic programs. Overall best for the location and price

Beautiful resort with amazingly good staff. This resort has many awesome places to explore and enjoy. A nice blend with nature. It is a good and safe stay for family and professionals. Good service. A must stay if one visits North East. Neatness and hygiene maintained throughout the resort and rooms

A beautiful hidden treasure in Dimapur. Situated on the banks of beautiful river, lined up with tall Supari trees the resort is beautiful spacious and has nice lodging and leisure time spending facilities. Restaurant and the coffee shop is good. The staff is helpful and and has pleasing manners.

One one the best properties in North East India and the best in Nagaland.

Good place to hang out with friends.
They have a very big area and a very big parking lot. People's can visit in groups in huge number and even after that you won't have any problem regarding the accomodations. They have a children's park, hotel to stay and swimming pool too.
The place is clean and maintained well throughout the year. The entry fees is just 20 and if you have a vehicle they may charge you more. But if you want to go around the pool you need to pay more.

We were just eating there, I like property, so green and big, cafe is nice, I love bakery there❤.
We checked rooms for future stay and it looks better then on pictures, definitely nice place to spend time.

Great place for dinner. The ambience can't be better. The best. The staff is very polite. I haven't stayed but should be a great place to stay. Also has facilities like:
1. Swimming pool
2. Basketball court.
3. Indoor stadium
4. Auditorium
5. Cafe
6. Restaurant
7. Bar.

A perfect getaway from the hustle bustle of the city. Well maintained and close to nature. Good hospitality and food. Must visit on a weekend.
Place is easily accessible by road from Dimapur ( Nagaland ) town.
Place has a pool side restaurant as well as cottages for stay.
