Good collection of kids dress, toys and accessories.
Area is bit crowded in evening. Day time I'd fine.
Early morning is good for shopping and easy billing.
Good people around and services also fine.
Parking available behind the building and in front of building.

Very very bad experience with the staff. This is the second time they did not allow us to enter the store telling the staff was having lunch at 2:41pm, though few customers were still inside. It was clearly visible from outside that the security guard was given instructions from the cash counter for not allowing us inside. This is not the way to deal with customer's. I would request the admin to change the staff or look into the matter as firstcry is loosing it's brand image.

2nd time bad experience. Staff is not interested in selling. Even in working hours they didn't allow is to enter because staff was doing lunch. By the time we were ready to select products but they told us to come after some time. Very unprofessional staff which is degarding image of Firstcry. Admin plz look into this matter related to staff, as previous comments are also related to the same.

Buyed a cycle for my son but the velding joint went off in a week.
They are telling must be broken by your son.
Howcome 1 n half year child can break that.

Extremely bad experience...they kept us waiting outside the store...in this time of virus..... actually only one person was there ...n they should atleast ask us which secty we want yo buy....uppervfloor was empty no one was there...so we could go there n buy..I understand pandemic. Time....but arrangements should be made to wait outside..my hubby was so angry with watchman attitude..he thought we r pour ppl who could not buy......from our clothes....very bad experience.. the staff persons r having hign attitude

Return policies are not customer friendly... You will have to keep product even if it is not useful bought just two hours back...
You can't exchange, better buy it from online store
Specially Men's who don't know what to buy...

Very bad experience ,1 Frock which I took was having very rough material inside like zari, I went to exchange it they refused to change or to take it back .on that staff was very rude very bad experience I will never shop from first cry
