I visited Baran in November 2019 and stayed at Surya Hotel for 2 nights. We were two girls and it was an overall lovely experience staying at Surya Hotel. This is the best place to stay at Baran. Special thanks to Mr. Balwant and the owners for their wonderful service and hospitality. They ensured that we have a wonderful experience and took care of everything from cleaning the rooms, to food, also, they helped us in the planning of visiting the tourist spots in the district.

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Baran.

Good Place to stay...but have to stay in four bed room ...with my wife and son...manager told will inform whenever small room is vacent but dnt inform in 3 day stay....otherwise all other thing is good n staff behaviour is also warm...

Stayed 2 nights with hotel,very clean and homely,all staff members attentive and helpful,especially the owner,who greatly helped me with my time in baran and trip to ramgarh crater.
