This is one of best classes I have attended. Ashok sir is the best instructors. Very enthusiastic and fun . He’ is really talented, enthusiastic , energetic. Extremely satisfied. I have joined it in the year 2012 and still continue. Sir is too good as instructor and quite professional. The set of exercises he is teaching is really helpful to stay fit. So join us to stay fit.
