**Feedback for Hotel Krishna Cake Palace, Nawada**

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Krishna Cake Palace in Nawada, and I am pleased to share my detailed feedback on the experience. Overall, it was a mixed stay with several positive aspects, but also areas that could benefit from improvement.

**Ambiance and Cleanliness:**
The first impression of the hotel was positive, with a welcoming and vibrant ambiance. The lobby area was well-decorated and clean, reflecting a pleasant atmosphere. The common areas were regularly maintained, and the attention to cleanliness was evident throughout the premises. However, there were a few instances where the corridors seemed a bit untidy, which could be addressed for a more consistent standard.

**Rooms and Comfort:**
The rooms at Hotel Krishna Cake Palace were comfortable and well-equipped. The bed was cozy, and the linens were fresh and clean. The room decor was tasteful, blending modern amenities with a touch of local flavor. The air conditioning worked efficiently, ensuring a comfortable stay even in the hot weather. One area for improvement would be the noise insulation, as I could occasionally hear sounds from the adjacent rooms and hallway, which was slightly disruptive at times.

One of the highlights of the stay was the food. The in-house restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, and the quality of the food was consistently high. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of both Indian and continental options, catering to diverse tastes. The bakery section, in particular, was impressive, with a range of freshly baked cakes and pastries that were delightful. However, the service in the restaurant could be improved. During peak hours, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, resulting in slower service.

**Customer Service:**
The staff at Hotel Krishna Cake Palace were generally courteous and helpful. The front desk personnel were efficient during check-in and check-out, providing a smooth process. Housekeeping staff were prompt in responding to requests and maintained a friendly demeanor. However, there were a few instances where communication could have been better. For example, when I requested additional toiletries, it took longer than expected to fulfill the request. Additionally, a more proactive approach from the staff in addressing guests' needs would enhance the overall experience.

Clean inside area, helpful staff, amazing foods, sweets are amazing(rasgulla,rasmalai,cream roll, samosa, other stuff)
You can eat here with your families,friends, mates, at affordable price.

Great location.. public transport is easily available..Old construction but decent rooms.Very affordable
