It's a good place, clean and has all the things needed for travellers, has 2 ATM booths and plenty of seating arrangement. Groud and 1st floor is inter state bus terminal and 2 3rd floors are shopping complexes, there is also a tata showroom at the corner of the ISBT, has lift too. Highly recommended.

Very good place not much costly helpful people but taxis are so costly even they are theives, don't book taxi from there because you got bus fpr every where just stand at the entrance of the station and local buses are electric you easily identify them, and ask conductor to visit any place it will definitely help you

I have a question instead of review - Are there enough public transport options available from here to the Mall Road (or nearest entry point) or say the Lift or even the parking near the lift where most prominent hotels are located? Reason for asking is if one is coming via bus then they have to arrange for a local transfer as well. If there are no local taxis/autos available the last mile connectivity could become a nightmare and ruin a trip. Can people who've travelled through this option before comment?
