These guys are cheats. I bought a Samsung headphone worth Rs 1700 and they didn't give the bill ( i was also in hurry and got by the face value of the bearded guy sitting at the counter). The headphone didn't work and when I went to return/repair the same, they kept my headphone for 5 days. Thereafter when I revisited the shop they boasted about the headphone to be functional but it wasn't. Then I asked for refund they insisted on gift coupon which I declined. Then they made an offer of refund after deduction of 18 percent GST for the bill that they never generated. Thereafter they returned Rs 1350 only. Such dacoits sitting in the middle of the market. Lost the trust. Would advice all to be beware of them and choose from other options in the market. I didn't have option of stars in minus. Disgraceful and pathetic.
