HOTEL NEELACHAL PURI

I did not stay in this hotel..just went there to have my lunch. They make authentic Bengali cuisine.. very tasty and mouthwatering. Veg thali is ₹100 and extra for the type of fish or chicken you will take.

The numbers given in the website are all fraud, I have loose money for booking, silent killer, they are openly giving numbers and doing scams in website and hotel authorities are not taking any action that means they are also involve in this scams

All well arranged and good food hygenic room and toilet facilities provided by hotel management

We stayed there in September 2022 for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff behaviour is also good. We booked a sea facing room on the 1st floor. The room service was good. The restaurant attached with was too good. The taste of Bengali food was good. Its a couple friendly hotel.

The position of the hotel is very good..but the service is avarage..

My recent stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Initially quoted a certain amount during booking, the actual payment demanded more, leading to an unpleasant surprise. The service fell below expectations, with essential amenities lacking—no geysers in the restrooms, and the AC was dysfunctional, adding to the discomfort. The behavior of the staff was another letdown, characterized by rudeness and unprofessionalism. Such experiences marred the overall impression, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others. It's crucial for establishments to uphold transparency in pricing and ensure basic amenities for a positive guest experience. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on both fronts, resulting in a regrettable stay.

I visited this hotel in January 2024 and it was a pathetic experience regarding everything like rooms, service, Cleanness, stuff behaviour . All things are posted in google is fake there is no similarity with the original. They are taken money from customer but they are far behind from satisfaction level.

Took my 3000 and say didn't receive money. Website is fraud. When we booked online, we paid the amount. But when we reached there, they say that it isn't the website because spelling and all is wrong.

If you search about this hotel on Google, those are fake details. DO NOT CALL THEM! They'll say to pay 50% of rent and after that they'll ask you to pay for registration. DO NOT PAY THEM. WHATEVER THEY SAY. IT'S SCAM!!

Hotel Nilachal actually exists but some frauds are using their name and doing this scam. Also the hotel should take responsibility if someone else is using their name. For so many months this scam has been going on, no actions are taken. That means the hotel staffs are also related to this.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS TYPE OF SCAM.

Fraud place. People pay online and when reach the place, they mention it as non existent num or fake. The num on Google is wrong. Dont book unless you reach the hotel.

Really pathetic experience. Taken there contact number from google and as per there instruction One of my relative paid Rs.5000 on there account details, given by them. And the point of payment the picture was changed. They stop receiving his ph calls.
Its a big scam.

They have fake number on their website which they use to extract money from persons who enquire about the hotel online.

Worst hotel, worst staff behavior, dirty rooms, all frauds are sitting together to loot people. Never ever visit and stay in this hotel. It was my worst decision to stay here just worthless 😡

Only Location is Good.

Back side rooms are very bad not all fit for family and children. Bad restaurant and unhygienic food .

pathetic, poor services, poor hotel amenities, poor bathroom, no geyser. please dont come. only the location is great
