From car booking to car delivery experience is great .
All the showroom staff are very nice and cooperative and my sales executive Dusmanta Das is a nice guy, he always informed about the car status right from car booking, one car delivery date he also gave me home delivery option as I was busy.
First servicing experience is also very good, he delivered the car to me before time, and service advisor Gopinath is very helpful and he answered my quires without any hesitation.
Overall I am happy.

People out here R really professional with their work talking about sales I was impressed with a guy named Jay Prakash sahoo, who's really interested into cars N even understand the taste of a customer and his requirements , talking about service I haven't faced any issues till date N every guy out there R good hands N I feel safe to handover my car to them, their service manager Mr Nayak is a great guy with skills and phenomenal knowledge about cars.

Recently I purchased a car from Premier Hyundai showroom Balasore and had a very good experience.

Mr. Tapas coordinated the pre purchase processes really well and I had a very satisfactory experience. Mr. Tapas kept me updated about transit of car and expected delivery dates very transparently post booking.

Received the car within 2 weeks of booking.

The only con if I can point out was extra charges that I had to pay for making payment through my credit card.
