Gabbar literally means "mountain" in Gujarati, on the Gabbar mountain sits Ma Ambe in the form of a flame.
Here Mataji's "Akhand Jyot" is lit. At a height of about 500 meters from the ground, Gabbar Akhand Jyot and Mataji idol are installed. 999 steps have been constructed to climb Gabbar mountain. The facility of rope way is also available here. It is said that Chaul rites of Lord Krishna i.e. Babri rites were also performed here.
Even today, Ambe's footprints (signs) can be seen on the top of Gabbar as a real sight. There is also a belief that one's wish can be fulfilled just by seeing the Paras Pipli here…

Beautiful place . It is one of the shaktipeeth among 51. It is said that when Shri Vishnu ji cut Devi sati , the heart part fell at this place. On Purnima there will be a huge crowd . Make sure that during Yatra time carry vehicle passes from DANTA village. Very good place for Devi maa devotees. Always purchase Prasad when you enter the gate . Outside it's very costly . Jai mata di

It's a famous Shakti Peeth from 51 Aadi Shakthi peetham, this is one of the powerful mata temple. If you are traveling from Ahmedabad then best way is come by road It's an amazing experience to enjoy the road sight. If it's train then you have to get down in Abu road and then you have to take a Zeep or Bus from there to reach this temple. There is a gabber near to this temple where you can reach there by paying Rs.10 to the auto driver and to reach to the hill top you can avail the Udankhatola where it's around Rs.125 per person.

There are good road infrastructure and most beautiful mountain ride in danta mountain. Really a one day picnic will definitely to do everyone for darshan of maa ambe. There is one of best spiritual place. Every full moon day too much crowd is gathered for darshan of maa ambe. You want to park in proper parking area otherwise it will be locked by police officer. So plz follow traffic rules and enjoy journey.
