Malji Ka Kamra

This haveli was built by Oswal Jain Kothari, a famous businessman who named it after his gotra. The paintings done on this haveli are very beautiful. Kothari Haveli has a very artistic room called Malji's room. He got it constructed in the year 1925. Private bathrooms are equipped with hot showers. Local guides are available to take guests out on day trips. Camel and jeep safaris, folk music, farm visits and picnic lunches can be arranged. The Spice Court restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel. It serves both Indian and Rajasthani cuisine as well as daily breakfast.

Beautifully renovated Haveli of 100 years old. The fresco paintings were amazing. So were the architecture. Perfect to get a feel of Rajasthan. The only issue is the accessibility. A bit difficult to reach there. Actually, the city grew around the historical buildings and encroached on this wonderful place making the approach road too small.

It is a century old building that was renovated from dilapidated status into a heritage hotel. It is in the heart of Churu city. It has ample parking space and a large lawn in front of the property.
The building is two floors tall with a pleasing color and intricate statues on each pillar.
The reception area is in the ground floor. 200 rupees is the visitor charge for touring the property.
Guided tour of various rooms, wall paintings, balconies and City views from the property is a memorable experience.
The accommodation starts from 5499 per night onwards and can be booked online.

The place is very beautiful. It is very historical and hasmany historical touch to it. The painting inside it is very very beautiful. They are quite old. It has many old sculpture also. The service was also nice and it ha a big garden. So overall experience was quite amazing. I recommend every body to go to tht place once.

Beautiful place. Small property with only 12 rooms but for a place like Churu, it's perfect. The hotel arranged for a walking tour for us showing the Havelis with age-old frescos and paintings. A tour of the sandal-wood craftsman, laakh bangle maker. Mr. Iqbal, the restaurant manager is very accomodating and hospitable. The building looks like a small palace and so are the rooms but the bathrooms are quite modern. The food was also superb. Highly recommended place as a weekend getaway.

An awesome property to stay at. The place has bee beautifully restored to its former glory by the Balan Family which is managing the property now. Do talk to the owners who'll be more than happy to share the hardships they've gone through along with the before and after pictures of this place before and after restoration.
Not to mention its After all a hotel and the service is simply top notch. The staff is super courteous, always ready to help for any need of the guests, and while we were there during the winter months, they organised a bin fire in the huge lawns of the property. All in all, a place I might want to go back again and again.

Gorgeous property with interiors kept like original. The property is huge and can be used for various activities too! A huge terrace for big family trips. The food was great Although the service was very very slow for the food (especially for omellettes at breakfast). Overall a great experience barring the slow breakfast serving.

Amazing place. What a restoration of heritage haveli and great combination of modern amenities. We need to get inspired from this place.

Before the approving this place as heritage it's only ruins. A very good step by govt by approving this place as heritage and making it as Heritage hotel.
Now it's awesome. It's design, decoration, facilities all are just awesome.
Eight years of works has paid off.
Here you enjoy a pleasant stay. Love the authentic Rajasthani food in the restaurant.
You will become lover of Rajasthani food, Rajasthani hospitality and care.

Amazing property , excellent aura and ambience. Hotel offers lot of exciting options like heritage walk , dune dinners , camel safari , offroading at dunes in 4×4 gypsies. Me and my freinds Just stayed in property for 2 night and 3 days from 2nd oct2020 to 4th oct 2020, they had taken good care of sanitization of rooms and other pandemic related issues. Highly recommended place to for weekend getaways . Just loved it

Loved the place. The intricate artwork on the walls, known as Fresco Painting, is superb. The erstwhile Rang Mahal, a party place, now converted into a heritage hotel is in superb hands. The staff is friendly and helpful, the ambience is fabulous and the attention to detail is superb.

Awesome place, exotic and artistic, the crew was very kind. Hotel clean and comfortable. Also had a nice guided tour of the city and its typical houses with frescos. Worth spending a night. 5/5

It was an honour to share a century-old haveli restored by Arvind and Mrinal. My views about this quaint Shekhawati town? Well, with temperatures hitting 50°C during summers, and the entire town dotted with ancient havelis decorated with Shekhawati frescos, I would call it the hottest open-air art gallery in India. A must visit place.

This place is very beautiful and the beds are so fluffy there are LCD conditonor and AC . The breakfast is well and servers are respectful good service and big garden with lots and lots of flowers and a natural place very good for 1 st time visiters .

Old renovated haveli with palace like looks. Food served also is of good taste and quality.polite staff is always ready to help u. Way is a bit congested being located in City area but u will get an unforgettable experience..

One of the best places to stay if you are in Rajasthan. Luxury, delicious food, courteous hospitality, wonderful landscaping all bundled in one place.

A little overpriced but pardoned because of it is the only hotel in Churu. A beautiful place especially at night when they hold a bonfire and a cultural programme. I found them generous, amiable and exceedingly client friendly.
