Vedaaranya Haveli, Ramgarh Shekhawati - AM Hotel Kollection

Stayed for monsoon music festival from 13 to 15 August a unique experience of history architecture music food and luxuriously authentic Rajasthani hospitality. Went as a solo traveller, as a 60 year old, and felt very comfortable with lot of support and good company from host, other festival guests and staff. Had great interaction with locals who respect the work of vedaranya and were very welcoming to us guests. Visited the temple nearby for a blissful Shivratri puja guided by vedarnya . Must visit if planning Rajasthan travel.

Most exclusive experience. The Havelis speak of the rich heritage of India. The food, service hospitality and warmth was beyond appreciation. Everyone must visit this place..... True to Rajasthans Padharo Mahre Desh....

We travelled with family for a temple visit. Though we had booked the place after reading reviews on google, we were little apprehensive since we were travelling with kids and a senior citizen. I must admit that Anju didi and her team took real good care of us. It felt like home. The food was simple yet super delicious. Kids loved the place too. Wish we had stayed in longer

Excellent place to visit for those who wish to experience authentic old-world charm with modern amenities. The food was spectacular...delicious, nutritious and soul satisfying! The old live temples were a treat as were the various architectural sites. The drive from the Haveli to Salasar for visiting the Salasar Balaji temple was smooth, adding more charm to the trip.

An amazing place to visit and stay at. The peaceful atmosphere, incredible food, exceedingly courteous staff makes it a wonderful place. The heritage walk among the haveli is an eyeopener. The highly eclectic though small collection of books has something for every taste, from history to spirituality, and even John Grisham. More of a stay at home than a homestay.

A home away from home with tastefully furnished, comfortable rooms and clean, modern bathrooms. Wonderful hospitality and staff. Vedaaranya haveli is the perfect place to stay in and explore the region.

I wish more people did what the owner Shruti is doing…restoring the abandoned before it becomes an eyesore. Live and experience the bygone era. There are havelis, chhatris, temples, johads in the vicinity, and beautiful frescoes to be experienced. It is a living school of art and architecture.

Excellent stay. Gracious host. Fantastic local food. Incomparable culture and art. The Haveli itself is like an art gallery and museum rolled into one. Must visit.

Ramgarh is a paradise for Lovers of Heritage Architecture and is also famous for its Traditional Furniture industry!!....The entire town boasts of some incredible Heritage!! .... Havelis,Cenotaphs,Grand frescoes and baoris!!

A welcome change from the hustle of Delhi/Gurgaon. This Haveli is certainly one of the best that I have stayed in. The hospitality, food & service was exceptional. Kudos to the team at Vedaaranya. The icing on the cake were the tours offered to see the various architectural masterpieces in the city of Ramgarh. The owner, Ms Shruti Poddar has done a remarkable job in restoring this beautiful Haveli and highly recommended for your stay. Its just a comfortable 5 1/2 hours drive from Gurgaon and the roads are good.

Ram garh is in shekawati region of Rajasthan famous for havelis. It has desert as well as small forest besides heritage temples. Vedaaranya is a niche haveli property. Place I'd ideal to view our past heritage and colorful past with beautiful paintings on chatris and havelis. We got wonderful cooked food and Personalized services. We were lucky that host personally accompanied us to show some interesting heritage properties and art.
