यह चूरू शहर का काफी प्राचीन मंदिर है जो चूरू शहर के बीच स्थापित हैं । राज काल से स्थापित इस मंदिर में राजधिकारियो द्वारा पूजा की जाती थी । तथा शुभ कार्यों को शुरू करने से पहले यहां आकर भगवान श्री गणेश को आमंत्रित किया जाता था । यह प्रथा आज भी जारी है । मंदिर सुंदर है और प्राचीन स्थापत्य कला के कारण देखने लायक हैं ।
