Had an amazing experience at monkey retreat beach resort... It's a very secluded location with clean and beautiful beach at 1 minute walk..
Food was very good. We were traveling with our 2 yr old daughter..and the staff was extremely accomodating to our daughter's needs...very co-operative staff..
Rooms are spacious, and clean.
Swimming pool was well maintained.
Food order took quite some time to get ready, but it was worth the wait, as the food was fresh and authentic.
Will definitely visit again in the future.

We had an amazing stay with the Monkey Retreat. The hosts have ensured to give a great hospitality and service. The location is super and most importantly the hosts arrange a very nice open hut to sit on the beach with lovely lighting and set up. Food quality and quantity is very nice although we would love to taste typically kokani food as well, so if that's arranged too it would be great. But no complaints on what was served to us. The rooms are quite spacious and although there was power cut the hosts had a good back up service available for us. The swimming pool facility provided is well managed too. All in all, will definitely recommend this place to people who love to enjoy food, ambience, peace and serenity together. Thanks !

Had pleasant stay in Christmas. Best property in Tambaldeg. Staff is polite and ready to help. Swimming pool is well maintained. Food quality and quantity is good. Will love to have more of local dishes.

Peace comes when you are isolated from all sort of noise (No network coverage except BSNL n Jio) and listen to the nature's sound, sound of the waves, birds chirping n on top of it, u get really great accommodation, tasty food n scenic-pollution free beach. I must thank the owner of the restaurant n courteous staff who are easily available for all kind of help u need.

Nicely developed hotel. It's compact but still very good. The staff is co operative.
Food was also good.
Beach was at walking distance although it's not sea view.

I'm actually book hotel for my family to surprise them , when they reach they are so surprised bcz of the hotel staff they are very good , and no regrets going there ,
Ambience and nature maintenance every thing maintain .

I saw the advertisement for Monkey Retreat on a group and we booked it for 4 days for the weekend of the year-end. Netra was very helpful in guiding us from the start and very patiently gave all information and directions to the resort as well. The resort is fabulous, fabulous location, service, food. The beach is about 2 minutes away and pretty secluded, fantastic water . We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. In spite of being placed in a remote place, the food that we ordered was very fresh and delicious. Rahul guided us through the sites to visit. He definitely knows the area around very well. The smiling staff was very helpful and polite. We would definitely like to revisit soon.

This is a hidden gem in devgad which one must visit. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is so humble and polite. They even guide you about the places that you can visit around devgad. The beach is hardly 5 min away from the resort. Also, to mention owners of the resort are polite and make sure to provide the best service to their customers. The food is quite delicious.

Awesome place and welcoming management. The dinner setup at the beach is a plus point and never seen before this in any beach side resorts in entire Kokan. I am so happy that we got this place for Christmas night. Definitely worth visiting as many times as you can. We look forward to going back to this resort. Nice place to enjoy with family and friends. Food was delicious and staff/owner was very helpful and soft spoken. Though Sea is not visible from resort but it is just 1 min away. They also made sitting arrangement on beach at night to enjoy drinks and food which was awesome. Rooms and resort was very clean.

This is the Super positiv review goes to The Monkey Retreat resort located at Tambaldeg beach, Malvan. Konkan and beaches are always in our favorite list, so, In Diwali vacation we visited this resort called " The monkey retreat beach resort". It was a peacefully and enjoyable stay. Beach is walkable from the resort, rooms are neat,clean and also very specious. They have their own restaurant and swimming pool too. Overall food was yummy and very😋 tasty. All staff and Owner is also very polite, co operative and helpful. The staff takes care of guests very well. Beaches are so beautiful and clean and less crowded. We had visited The Vijaydurga fort, Windmill garden which is located within a 1 hour distance from the resort.
Overall it was a refreshing, peaceful and super amazing experience at Monkey🐒🐒 Retreat Resort!!!

One of the best beach vacation we had. The owner (Mr. Rahul) & the entire staff were so much courteous. We really felt at home. Food was awesome. The food by the chef will make you lick your fingers. If you want the food with some diff taste, you can request the chef to make it that way. They have private beach just 20 metres away from resort. If you like rustic views of beach & forests, it's a must go. Pocket friendly too at the same time.

The Monkey Retreat-Beach Resort is mind blowing , magical refreshing place, we have been searching for resort to stay close to beach . We found beaches here are super clean than other places. The all room has amazing view of the pool and it’s surrounded by lush green landscapes. It’s perfect weekend gateway with tasty food and fresh fish and seafood. The staff of this resort is very friendly and keen to serve you. We had amazing experience . This is family friendly place you must visit. Near by attractions are too good. Everyone who saw our photos here were asking about the place. Must go! We would defiantly like to revisit the place again. Special thanks to owner Rohan to make our trip & stay memorable.

Excellent homely service, good food , ambience, well maintained property.

Monkey Retreat is a hidden paradise. The retreat is nicely built with 11 spacious rooms. Super clean rooms and facility and service is excellent. The staff takes care of guests really well. The resort has a running restaurant and food served there is of very high quality and very delicious. An untouched and serene beach is 3 minutes walk from the place and one can spend relaxing time in the evening and morning. The staff had kept chairs at beach and lighted the pathway to beach. We spent relaxing time at the beach at night after dinner. In the morning we took walk along the beach and visited Sangam point where the river and sea meet, it was mind blowing miracle view of nature. Must visit place !!

The owners are personally managing and extremely service oriented.
Very helpful to guide you what places and restaurants to visit.
My standout feature is their rooms. They are spacious and clean.
The pristine, uninhabited beach is walking distance. They will even serve you snacks there.
Above all, they are PET FRIENDLY.
A must visit again place.
