Hotel New Mukhtar

I have been visiting this place since 1996, Mukhtar bhai -the owner is no more, the place use to be a small one shed with kitchen. The food is cooked on fire wood. the taste has not changed in so many years. Whenever I travel through this road it’s mandatory stop. There is parking space as well washrooms but temporary setup. Can be used during emergencies

Tasty biriyani and kushka are avilable.
It's a different experience here. They have many must try items.

The chicken and mutton biryani tastes really good and don't miss out on the amazing teetar fry.

The best place to have theethar. It's been since 1990's and even now I go all the way from Mysore to gundlupet to have theethar and good non veg food. Definitely recommendable.

Having heard about this restaurant for a long time, I finally got to try the food here. Excellent food, sufficient quantity and teetar is a must-try.

Superb mutton Biryani and chicken kebab. Very tasty. Must stop and try in gundulpet. Quantity is too much. One Biryani is enough for 2 people to share. Chicken kebab has nice big pieces and fried well. Worth the stop over.
