Hazrat Shah Wilayat Khwaja Syed Ataa Turk RA popularly known as Hazrat Pir Turkman (Radi Allahu Anhu) is a descendent of Hazrat Imam Ali Reza (Alayhissalam)

It is mentioned in some books that Khawaja Usman Haruni had four successors:
1) Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti
2) Hazrat Khwaja Najamuddin Sughra
3) Hazrat Khwaja Sheikh Saadi Langui
4) Hazrat Khwaja Shah Wilayat Pir Turkman
(The shrines of three of these four Sufis are in Narnaul)

His real name is Syed Ataa and popularly known as Pir Turkman he was a native of Turkistan. After completing the spiritual teachings from his master, he came to India with Khawaja Moinuddin Chishti traveled from Ajmer to Narnaul, and lived here all his life.

His miracles or the incident of his martyrdom and the construction of Dargah Sharif will be mentioned in the next post.

Dargah Shareef is located at Peer Agha Mohalla, Narnaul in the Mahendergarh District of Haryana.Hazrat Shah Wilayat Khwaja Syed Ataa Turk, who was popularly known as Hazrat Pir Turkman - This tomb, which seems more like a mosque, is dedicated to saint Hazarat Turkman, who is believed to have lived here in the 12th century A.D. A dome built outside covers the original tomb. Years later, a verandah was added by the British. The Mughal period also witnessed further additions to the tomb. The monument attracts devotees from all religions who come here to pray for the fulfilment of their desires.
Islam had existed in Narnaul at least 50 years before it set and stamped its foot in Delhi. The first Sufi Saint in Narnaul was Hazrat Shah Wilayat Khwaja Syed Ataa Turk, who was popularly known as Hazrat Pir Turkman, and he was a descendant of Hazrat Imam Ali Reza. He was a native of Turkistan. after completing the spiritual teachings from his master, he came to India with Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti, and traveled from Ajmer to Narnaul and settled there all his life.
In the Dargah complex located in Peer Mohalla in Narnaul in Mahendragarh district of Haryana, there exists a stone slab with Arabic inscriptions kept near the entrance to the complex on a lawn. At first glance, this looks like any other stone slab with archaeological value, which is true, but on closer inspection, it tells that there is more to it than just that.
The Story goes that once Hazrat Nasiruddin Mahmood Chirag Delhi was sent to Thatta (today in Pakistan’s Sindh) by Mohammed Bin Tughlaq. The route taken by Chiragh Delhi was via Narnaul. As he was nearing Narnaul, he decided to stop over at the Dargah of Pir Turkman and pay his obeisance. Just as he was nearing the Dargah, his eyes fell on this stone. He viewed the stone with utmost respect, and then looked towards the grave of Hazrat Pir Turkman. While he was reading the Fatiha, he was asked as to why he did that, and he is said to have remarked, “I could see the Prophet in the stone looking back at me, and only after his vision disappeared, did I turn to face the grave”. Chiragh Delhi then went on to remark that whoever is afflicted comes here and prays with utmost dedications and devotion would see his afflictions melt away. Now, this is the story that's been told through the Manaqib of Hazrat Pir Turkman.
