Hotel is in prime location. Experienced a great stay here. Rooms are overall nice and lift facility is an added benefit. All the staffs are very well behaved and really helpful. Managers at the reception really helped us. Overall very much recommended.

we stay here for 3 day, Awesome Location, Everything is nearby, Staff is Helpfull, Only need to improve rooms quality. overall nice experience.

The hotel is in prime location, staffs are very efficient and cooperative. Rooms are also very neat and clean. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Only problem is there is no restaurant in this hotel. Otherwise it is great experience here

The best Hotel in Varanasi..... Behavior of all the staffs are up to the mark..... The Managers are so helpful.... Thank you so much for your hospitality, which made our stay so comfortable & happening...... Location wise also the best place.... You can get anything at any time of the day.... Few steps from Dashashwamedh Ghat & Man Singh Observatory & just opposite of Gate No. 1 of Kashi Vishwanath Temple..... We cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Varanasi other than Hotel Shivratri....

The rooms are quite spacious and the toilets were very clean. The cost is reasonable. The beds are really comfy and they also provide you with a mattress if you want but will cost extra. Overall a very nice place to stay

Best hotel, best service.
I have been there last week and I stayed there for 6 days.They have arranged all things, specially the location is the best. Just 1 mins walking from kashi vishwanath gate, also for mandir it will take 5-6 minutes, also dashwsmedh ghat is just 5 mins walking distance, you will get everything near this hotel. Manager Karan was very helpful, over all I wanted to give 11 out of 10.

Booked it via whatsapp and stayed here in Feb 2023. Its a good location which is close to the temple as well as Dashashwmaedh Gath where ganga harathi is done.
The rooms are clean and very decent for the price. The bathroom is clean and decent, with hot water.
The stairs are super high for old people to get on, but they have a lift inside which helps.
If you are visiting Varanasi for a quick trip of 1-2 days, highly recommended as you stay right in the center and can soak in all you can of humanities oldest city and Vishwanatha's home_/\_
