With In budget of 3k there service facility is highly appreciative.

Hotel Royal Retreat, Sambalpur is really an excellent place for accommodation with very good infrastructure and very good administration.
First of all the behavior of the staff members are very very cordial. They are accommodative and helpful in every respect.
Secondly the food is exceptionally good in every respect-- in terms of quality, quantity, taste and price.
Thirdly the interior and exterior designs show a mark of sophisticated taste.
Very spacious / well lighted and well maintained. Very neat and clean. Therefore, the stay is very very comfortable. The price is worth paying. Thus commendable in all respect.
I really enjoyed my stay with hotel RR, Sambalpur. The hotel has every potential to be a standard resort.

Very nice place for ,stay, functions and other gatherings

It is located in a best place of Sambalpur smart city .VIP personnel's hiring the rooms to stay in night.Most of the time in a year marriage ceremonies are performed by the people by giving advances to the administrative staffs.There all ameneties available like resturants etc.

It was 1 day trip but it was worth staying at this hotel. Highly recommend to all. The food, the ambience and everything is friendly. Staffs behavior is polite. Must visit and must stay .... really a big thank you to the entire team of this hotel.

It's one of the best hotels in Sambalpur. Very nice food at an affordable price. Best part is it's location which is on the main state highway.

Specious room and neat and clean. Very beautiful lawn just outside my room on 1st floor. Value for money. Nicely behaved staff and helpful too. I was travelling from Kol-Mum by car with my wife and infant baby. Booked for 1 night and it was pleasant stay.

Very very delicious food starting from starter to main course. Little expensive but but I can guarantee that you won't get upset with the amount of quantity they serve. Good ambience and very fast service.

Excellent value for money, friendly staff. Great service. After booking my stay there, before checking in, I requested them to keep a cake of Vim soap, bottle scrubbing brush etc. They had kept it all ready even before I could enter.

Good hotel nice Decor of outside and inside... Beautiful plants are all over the hotel. You will feel like greenery greenery surroundings... A big lawn is there. Marriage hall and community hall is also available. Beautiful interiors. Nice silent and peace full environment. But one bad thing i noticed that in reception washroom the toilet water spary is not working. Its broken. Being a very good hotel this was not expected. When I enter to the washroom after the toilet, the spray was not working. Also toilet paper was not available. It was a embarrassing moment for me.

Dear Management team please look this type of small things which will imapct ur business & customer services. Also you need to work on small small things to increase beauty of your hotel.

Please rectify that toilet immediately so that other guest will not feel the same what i felt.
