***BE CAREFUL WITH SHANTI AUTO***

Pathetic service.Got cheap brand(Rockman) chain sprocket set in the name of genuine honda OEM supplier brand. Tried to fit them in my vehicle near my home which is 20kms away. In a garrage found that it is not compatible with my vehicle.I lost 200 rupees(service charge) for nothing

Reached Shanti Auto . They tried too and said that this is manufacturing defect.Then he told me to come tomorrow so that genuine honda spare will be installed. Wasted my time & 40kms(100 rupees petrol that day)

Next day reached there.He told me that we don't have that spare. come tomorrow. We forgot to order.(Again wasted another 100 rupees for nothing)

The very next day I reached. He again told me that You should have come here after calling me.The spare part hasn't come yet.I told him The Honda showroom infront of it is open.You can purchase from them and fit in my vehicle.

He said No he won't give me any discount.You come next time by calling me. Again lost 100 rupees petrol.

The next day I reached Shanti auto after getting a call. During fitting of sprocket 3 nos. Inexperienced guy tried very hard just to fit the wheel.After 15 mins they broke my disc pad and argued with me that it was already broken. (The break pad cost me 628 rupees) I had to pay for their fault.

Again they charged me 100 rupees service charge.

So total I spent/lost ₹ 1128 and wasted a lot of valuable time and in return also rewarded freely with headache.

Be careful while choosing Shanti Auto.

Shanti Auto mat jaana bhai.Bahat ghatia service he.Sab nai sikhiye hain wanha. apka gaadi ke saath tod phod karke sikhte hain sab. Mere ko 8600 ka chuna laga diya wo logo ne... Gaya tha engine oil change karane aur break tight karane k lie.
