Best caring staff in the hospital. Even in the Economy ward we got the best treatment. We are under the observation of Dr Swami Pawar. He is very humble and nice doctor and person. Here we feel like a family.

The hospital is very particular in terms of cleanliness and crowd management to keep the ambiance as relaxed as possible for the patients. The doctor faculty is very experienced and polite with timely follow ups and addressing concerns. Very happy with the line of treatment. Even the sisters and all concerned staff are supportive and caring.

Planned an Bypass Surgery for my dad by Dr. Manish Garg, Each and everything went smoothly, before and after operation we were informed each and everything, timely updates by provided to us whenever ask to Dr Or Staff.

Best facility to take your loved one. The Thunga hospital Malad staff nurses, doctors, maushi & mama, security people all are very good, supporting, caring for the patients. In room food ordering from Thunga canteen is also very important & helping patients relatives. Best facility at Malad. Dr Prashant Mishra Sir best for bypass surgery. My mothers total Knee replacement surgery at Thunga was done by Dr.Chintan Hegde. He is an excellent doctor and would recommend him highly. He is very approachable and explained the entire procedure very well.The staff and doctors are all very caring and the hospital is very very neat and clean. The food and canteen need some upgrade and improvement.

My dad had fracture in his hip, we brought him here on Diwali morning thanks to the staff they were quick as we brought him here he was immediately taken to take xray and was diagnosed with fracture next day surgery was scheduled and it went very successful...thanks to Dr. Chintan Hegde. The overall staff and nurses are pretty good they take good care of patient. Hospital is very clean and hygienic too. Really had a good experience with Thunga hospital.

My mother has been battling ILD for a decade now and for the last 3 years has been a patient of Dr Swami Pawar from Tunga hospital at Malad. My mother developed cataracts in both eyes 3 years ago however due to the pandemic and recent hospitalisation which was very serious she was not a candidate for cataract surgery. However since she got better dr Pawar suggested we give her an opportunity to get her surgery done under his guidance. Dr Chintan Mehta had already studied the case and discussed it with Dr. Swami two weeks prior to admission and even though it was a very big risk and the limitations of how the surgery could happen he took chance and did the surgery on both of my mother's eyes at the same time. Obviously because it was a bilateral surgery my mother was in pain on day one however by day 4 she couldn't stop thanking the doctors enough for taking this risk because it was like giving her a new lease on life. For someone who has restricted movement because of her condition this is such a boon and personally I can't thank the doctors enough they were absolutely brilliant and we will forever be greatful for the risk they took with us.

Dr Rohit Gupta is incredible. I was taken into the emergency last year (2022,) with a severe stomach ache and Dr Rohit was the 'on call doctor'. He is easy to talk to and he always goes the extra mile to ensure our health needs are met. His dedication to his patients’ health is commendable. I have nothing but respect and admiration for his professionalism, expertise and friendly manner. Ty Dr Rohit.

I have received good treatment at Thunga hospital. My Surgeon Dr.Vinod Pardeshi is excellent. The nurses and staff were very helpful and caring.

Top notch, every one from ground staff to doctors, head doctor all are supporting, humble and does best.

The hospital ground staff(sister, mama and mausi) talk nicely, always available for her, they don't get angery even on multiple calls.

My wife was diagnosed with big Kidney stone and she was operated at Thunga Malad.

Our experience was excellent and all sisters , TPA helpdesk Mr Santosh and RMO and Mausi provide tireless support and treatment round the clock. Hospital admin and management are extremely efficient and very clean hospitals without a doubt. One of the best hospital I have ever seen in my life.
