Solivagant is a little building on a terrain with a few other accomodations (Exuberance Stays) in an amazingly beautiful environment. I had a very pleasant stay. Bhijit (the owner) was informative about how to get to the location and I felt very well taken care of with all the help of Pranav (the caretaker of the accomodation).

The location of the stay was very beautiful and amidst nature. The rooms are neat and has the necessities. Pranay from the staff was very helpful and always available. We enjoyed are stay here. Thanks Bijith and Pranay for making our trip lovely

This place is the best for friends or families. It's very spacious and super clean. Both the host and the caretaker are very kind and super helpful. They make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The location is so good. The house is partially surrounded by lush greenery. The room on the first floor offers a superb view. It's a real nice place for vacation. Definitely worth the price.

The stay is in a quiet and pleasant place. It is surrounded by greenery and you wake up at the sound of birds in the morning. The caretaker and owner are super helpful and well mannered. The care taker guided us to the nearest places we could do site seeing. He helped us in buying groceries. The rooms are clean and bedsheets and blanket are changed daily. Water is available 24×7. Washing machine and refrigerator is available. Food delivery is also available from nearby restaurants.

It was an amazing stay. The place is located a little outside the main area but is nonetheless very accessible and safe. The host and the caretaker were very helpful with everything from the early check-in to local recommendations and any other requests we had. The amenities were ample and we had no problems with anything. We are definitely staying here whenever we visit Wayanad again.

A nice quaint place to stay amongst lush greenery and calls of the birds. 10 minute walk to the market. Parking available for 2-3 cars. 3 Rooms with 2 kitchens. Ground and first floor can be independently booked. Clean and well maintained. Entire villa can be booked for 3 families or a group of 6-8 ppl. Great view and excellent host.

Amazing place . The property is 2-3 Km away from sultan battery. If you are looking for peaceful stay away from city hassle then go for it .

Spacious studio room and clean-attached washroom with with a good view. Pranav care taker was very polite, courteous and made sure we had an excellent safe stay in the Estate.

One of the best home stays I've visited! Beautiful, peaceful location & good for family. Bunglow was well maintained & all necessary facilities are provided by Mr. Bijith.
Food: I'd highly recommend the special home-made food. But you'll have to order 24hrs in advance as the specials take a long time to prepare! But they're totally worth it.
There's so much more to this place! The amazing location, rooms, view, food, etc. are only one part. The best part: The hosts - Prof. Bijith, Mr. Bijith is genuine person & he was taking our care as a family member. this is a true "Home"stay!

Very good home stay with good greenery and lush enviroment, this situated in a nice village you can walk around and enjoy the nature.Pranav (care taker ) was very polite, courteous and made sure we had an excellent stay in the homestay.
He is very helpul and fulfill your wish on single call and arrange the things you ask even at night.owner is also very helpfull i will recommend this place.

I went with my cousins for my Treat,I wanted a good place,best any tidy in affordable budget,a single day trip.

Exuberance stays went beyond our expectations.

Bijith,the owner called me up and arranged all the necessary things. The care taker who lives nearby was extremely helpfull and a kind person.

The location is good, you have a good view on the back side a paddy field and a small stream which brings back your childhood memories (for Keralites) there is a small seating arrangements near the paddy field and I spent good times looking th field.

The house is in good condition, neat and tidy and organised well.

We were able to cook and all the utensils was.provided there itself. Local market is near by,Pranav accompanied us to show the market and buy things.

I would suggest Exuberance stays for family and groups for staying longer days like a week to have a good village experience.

This is one of the best stay in Wayanad. We stayed here for a week and the surrounding is calm, scenic, safe.
The villa has all facilities along with a helper and the host is just a call away!
We are planning to go there again for long term stay.

Best place to fit within budget.. This place was beautiful covered with trees and greenery all around and waking up to the chirping of birds.. It had clean rooms, kitchen, utensils and spacious area to live.. The caretaker was really cooperative and available whenever needed plus he knows english so communication was easier.. However, the only difficulty found was the location is very far away from the main places to visit

Good stay. Don't keep your expectations way to high and you'll like this place. The only drawbacks are getting food as there are no good places to get food nearby, but you can cook, they have a kitchen for you!

The place was amazing! They had BBQ and bonfire place! The house was also good enough and the owner was friendly! There are swings connected between the trees where you can relax!

Very Decent place and Nice hospitality.

A very nice place amidst the nature. Good place for 3 family's or a group of 7-8 friends. The host and the caretaker are also very helpful and a phone call away.
