My 3.5 months old GSD puppy suffered from acute diarrhea, Doctor Mukesh and the Staff was very caring, affectionate and helpful during the treatment. My experience was awesome and I'm highly grateful to them for saving my little furball Oscar

I called them in a panic when my 33days old lab suffered from acute diarrhea and I must appreciate the humble nature of the owner and the efforts put by Dr. Mukesh and his staff in treating my Chao. Excellent service! Very helpful and nice people, I got a GSD from Rana pet shop and clinic since then it's my one stop for all his supplies, food and treatment.

Everything is good in the shop the owner is polite and helpful and as I was reading other reviews I don't know why the people are giving reviews on the behalf of there friends as there friends don't use any smart device or they are paid to do so for reduce the rating.
But the shop is nice and owner is helpful .

I am a resident of Dharamsal and father of two sons. Both of my sons are desirous to buy Hamster from last year. Being locked down and having no business from last 2 yrs I have a very very limited budget to fulfill the demand of my kids but thanks to Rana Pet Shop @ Narwana Market near Yol the lady owner was so polite and humble to understand my requirements and budget limit and offered me 2 Hamster with a big cage in rs.1800 togather while I have visited many shops and no one offered me less then rs.3000.I am so thankful to creat smile in my kids face.

Dr. Vipul Verma is very humble and wise vet .He handled pets very carefully .Owner Mrs Rana and Trainer Gaurav they both are very co-operative and helpful. 😊

Dr. Mukesh seems very calm and he makes sure he reads the prescription twice, to make sure everything is perfect, and also informs about each and every medicine In a a very good way ,....
