The staff's service was exemplary, with their warm hospitality making me feel right at home. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort truly stood out.

Moreover, the cleanliness of the resort was impeccable. Everywhere I looked, from the rooms to the common areas, was spotless, reflecting their commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.

Pool, Play area, TV, WIFI everything was perfect and places where kept VERY CLEAN.
Basic need FOOD was served as per our preference.
The whole TEAM as so concern about whether we r comfortable 🙂
I personally love the BALCONY.
Rooms and toilets where cleaned in daily basis, that was too perfect coz have kids Cleanliness and Food are the most important factor.

Excellent facilities and great service. Food was also very good, especially coffee.
All staff members were cordial and helpful.
The property has a nice farm through which the guests can walk in morning and evening. That walk through the lush greenery of nature feeling is great feeling.
Highly recommended for family tours.

Very beautiful resort. The cottages are surrounded by greenery. And the rooms are spacious & it gives an ancient feeling. Very well maintained pool & we had the pool all to ourselves.
The staffs were friendly and helpful. Day 1 we were served Sadya for lunch, which was yum and too filling. Overall the food was good (nonveg) but they can improve a little on the veg food.
They also have other activities like plantation walk during sunset/sunrise, archery, badminton, bonfire etc.
The spa experience was okayish, not upto the mark I felt.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights stay here.

I can say wow experience, staff are so cool and services are good. We tried the first time Kerala tradition food, it was very tasty. A perfect weekend with friends and family members.

The resort is nestled amid lush green forests and picturesque hills. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the forest. The food was delicious.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place, you wake up to chirpings of the birds and beautiful flora around.
Cottages are big, nice and tastefully done.
Food is satiating.
Also availed the spa services which could have been better.
Overall a pleasant stay, much recommended.
Btw, to all pet lovers, they are pet friendly as well

Had a great stay with family and kids. It's a great facility and really enjoyed the hospitality. Would like to revisit again and get rejuvenated. Even, I feel one of the good resorts in Wayanad. The location is amazing and amenities also good.

We stayed at the Raindrops resort for 3 nights this month and it was the experience was beyond our expectations! The staff is literally the sweetest and the service is so good! I found it better than most 5 stars as well.
The food is to die for! No matter wherever you stay in Wayanad, you HAVE TO come to Raindrops for the food. They serve authentic local food and it is so so yummy, made with the purest ingredients. I am vegan and the staff tried their level best to make everything vegan for me even in a set menu, while keeping the food delicious.

I would give it 10 stars for food and service if I could. You have to visit Raindrops during your time in Wayanad! Sincere gratitude to the team for making our stay so wonderful!

A beautiful resort which will make you feel like you’re literally living in nature. Spacious clean rooms with very hospitable staff. The absolute highlight of this resort though is the food. Highly recommend, wonderful stay!

This resort in the rainforest is like staying in nature's own backyard. The jungle atmosphere is everywhere, with the sounds of animals making it feel like a wild adventure. The rooms are comfy but still let you feel connected to the rainforest. My highlight? Waking up to the calming sound of birds—it's like a natural melody that makes this place really special.

We enjoyed our stay at rain drops resort with some inhouse activities. The staff were warm and welcoming. The food was good and we had a great stay.

If u intend to just spend some quality time amidst the nature away from the routine city life, then this is the place. The resort is beautiful, rooms are very neat and well maintained, food is very good and the staff are very courteous. We had a wonderful family outing at raindrops wayanad. An unplanned trip to Waynad ended great with this last minute find we came across while hunting for stays.
Nestled amidst beautiful paddy fields, this resort is a perfect getaway to experience calm and serene nature with luxury and comfort.
Approach to the main gate of the resort is just a km or less drive from the main road.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
Every staff member we encountered were delightful and eager to help specially Alvin. Loved his service.

The rooms we stayed in were Non A/C rooms since the weather was gorgeous. Light to moderate rainfall and cloudy weather was just the right mood for this lush green resort.
Their breakfast spread is limited with local Kerala delicacies which we really loved. As for the food from the menu, we'd rate that a 4 out of 5.
Cleanliness is top Notch! This is one thing we appreciated the most.
