I used to tour goa that frequently. I can honestly say that one of the best gymnasiums in Ponda. Gym equipments are good. Akash is a very good experiential trainer and he helped me understand the diet and provided gymnastic training to lift weight and cardio. The supplements from Akash are authentic.

Il have been pumping myself in this gym for more than year and I have say this place has got all the necessary equipment to get to your goals.
Owner is very cool and he himself is a certified trainer too.
This gym has also got its other branch in curti Ponda.

The owner of Gym Mr Akash Tompe is very polite and knowledgeable person. He is certified and well trained coach. He guides you as per your capacity , requirement and body. He pays attention to everyone in gym. He has a great knowledge about diet and exercise both. Trust him and follow his advice , you will see results within one month only. Follow only Mr. Akash's advice.
