I got acute partial tear in ankle ligament. Got very good treatment for it. With the help of it i recovered very quick and its very important for sportsman like me. They gave me very relatable exercise according to my game (badminton) which helps in movement and strengthening.

I underwent surgery after my accident due to which I was on bed rest for 3 months. I took physiotherapy from a local therapist but my knee was not recovering. I then went to Dr. Verma on Mar 3 and the results amazed me. I was barely walking with help of walker and in just 11 days of therapy, Dr. Verma made me walk without any support. This might seem unbelievable to some of you, but this is what actually happened with me. I actually regret of not going to him in the early days of my therapy else I would be running by now.. Out city cannot have a better physiotherapist then him.

Coming to Hatras from Delhi and expecting a good physiotherapy was little scary for me in starting but my search ended here when I joined this physiotherapy for my cervical pain and Carpel tunnel syndrome. I was damn scared in starting but doctor Navneet is really experienced and is really good. and I got the relief which I didn't even got from the physiotherapies in Delhi. He is just amazinggg.
