I should say, that they gave me tremendous support to get the job done. I walked in without a prior appointment. I have to add adblue for my car and it was just an hour before they close. The service manager was kind enough to address my service request and turned it around quickly. As always Toyota stars in customer service and keep up the good job - Anaamalais Toyota !!!! The best place to get your car if you choose Toyota brand! I was introduced to sales representative mr sharath by my colleague who wanted to buy Toyota glanza but chose to go for Hyundai venue as he wanted a bigger car and also at that time hyryder wasn’t launched. What I liked was I never received any annoying calls from Toyota sales team..I wanted to buy Toyota glanza. Mr Sharath always answered to my calls clarified all my queries when I called him very polite! Also I met Mr Mathan at the showroom and also guided me to choose the right model for me within my budget! Helped me with loan processing and other documentation! I was promised I will be getting my glanza g variant by 10th of this month! As promised everything is going as per schedule! Super excited to see my car!!
