Overall had a very good experience with kangra tours and travels. The cars are squeaky clean and comfortable. The cab owner is a very decent, accomodating and a soft spoken person and has fairly good idea of the places and suggested neat places for exploring the town in terms of food and local activities. Definitely recommended for excursions in himachal

I had the opportunity to enjoy solo tour to Himachal with taxi services from Kangra Travels. Lucky ji came along with his neat and clean taxi from landing to Dharamshala airport until the take-off for return. For almost a week together, from Dharamshala, Mcleodganj, Dalhousie, Khajjiar and Jot to Dharamshala again, Lucky ji made it a comfortable trip as a chauffeur, guide, photographer and of course a good company. He ensured that we relished every single moment of our maiden trip here. He truly is unlike any driver you will come across in your travels. We booked a 5-day taxi rental of Dalhousie & Dharamshala through Kangra Travels. During the booking phase itself, Mr. Lucky was honest in giving us the correct information, which is the main reason we chose their service. Their charge was lesser than other travel agents. We had a three day trip to dharamshala and from there to Mcleodganj. We met Mr lucky from kangra travels at the airport. From there to all the places that we visited, Mr lucky was our guide... Not only he took care of us... He also kept suggesting the places we could see.
He felt like a family member. One day his father took us to all the devi temples and shaktipeeth . Excellent driving, memorable stories .. And a wonderful trip ..

We arrived in Kangra last week from our home in England after researching various local agencies for sightseeing in and around Dharamshala.

If you wish to get lost in astounding beauty of the majestic Dhauladhar range, mesmerizing Dalhousie, lively Mcleod and serene Dharamshala then you must book travels thru Kangra Travels. They provided the personal touch to the tour taking us to those fascinating attraction and also riding thru every twist and turn of the valley. We were provided detail info about each location, took our own time at every location, no rush & wandering thru the local cuisine shops and markets. Kids enjoyed the complete travels & even unplanned pit-stops, it was like family travelling no passenger-driver relationship at all.
We had to totally revised our itinerary but our companion (Luckji) just accommodate all, this did allowed us to extend the stay by 2 days @mcleod.
One surely need it be Lucky..ji..just to travel with Kangra team.
