Chinnamanur Elapatti Dam சின்னமனூர் எல்லப்பட்ட அணை

Such an awesome place to chill out. Excellent river to learn swimming when there is a medium flow of water.

My favourite spot near my wife’s hometown. Been there thrice in last year. Best enjoyed in our March month visit coz it was possible to bath in this dam only on that one time. Other months of our visits were Nov & Jan this year the water was too high by that time the Mullai periyar dam water just over flows on these months. Maybe if you’re lucky it is possible to wet your feet’s around those time of the year but always be careful with the force of the water.

Such a wonderful place. Water seems to be flowing year long. You can also swim a bit.

Most of youth are enjoy in this place.chinnamannurs water storing area and bathing like swimming pool and water falls.

Called as Theni district's Niagara. The view is so cool and u you can spend your weekend times with your family. But be careful when you are trying to bath.

In the most attractive area in theni distric. Swim more less fat ... Swimming area zone is high range...

Beautiful place, has a great seanic view.. the water and the mountains around this place. Best place.

Easily accessible and beautiful views for eyes... We can walk through the running water if water speed is low.. Highly risk if it was at the high speed... Please don't try to walk and bath if running water level is high..

Good for a small recreation. Water level isn't too deep. The paddy field nearby has an excellent greenish view.

Good place for relaxing in summer.

Perfect place for children as well, and its designed well to take bath a lot of people at a same time..

It Is the Most Wonderful Place in The small village nearly 6 KM from Chinnamannur ,Theni dist.. It has the nice pool and it is very usefull for many villagers and Tourists.. It is the small dam.. but it has Waterfalls to bath .. very good place for tourists but most of the peoples doesn’t know about this place..

Once again mullai periyar water should flow over for beautiful scenaries. Took bath here and it was wonderful. Special thanks to colonel John Pennyquik for his great service and turning out this barren landscape to lush green vegetation.

A best to hang out with family and friends. A wonderful view nd a nice place for swimming.
