In the last three years at MGU, significant positive changes have occurred. Previously, unanswered calls were common, but now every call receives prompt attention and accurate guidance. There is even a proactive approach, with callbacks for defective applications to rectify issues. The staff consistently demonstrates attentive listening, and Pareeksha Bhavan has become more student-friendly, contributing to an overall improved experience.

I have only visited mg university once I studied under this university. So for my certificate clarifications when i went there i had a good experience. I reached there at 10:00AM and the office opened at the correct time at 10:30. The staff and especially the guards were very helpful and friendly.. Overall the university had an eco-friendly atmosphere with a lot of trees and forests.

I have only visited once a time. When i was studied under mg university. For my certificate clarification. Only 10 minute's to take for clarification. It's a good experience.
Always transportation is available to kottayam town. University office opened at correct time. The staffs and security guards are very helpful. Behaving very friendly. But
they don't answered the calls. And delays in publishing results. The university infrastructure is beautiful and environment is great. Such a beautiful area. Fully green surroundings. Ambience is perfect. University inside looking like a little Greenwood's. 🌳🌳🌿🌿 The university is established on 2 October 1983 on Gandhi Jayanthi day.

I did my Engg from a college under MGU back in 2008 and as I wanted to get my transcript for the same few months back , I submitted my application through the website and received an email seeking the details of my marks . I also received a call from an extremely proactive and positive female staff of the University and I must say I had one of the best experience in all the steps till receipt of the transcript . Hats off to that ma’am for her sincerity and her dedication towards her work . We need more and more staff like that and I feel that woman like her can bring changes in the working culture of an entire system .

Mg University Kottayam is located near bus stop so transportation is easy and service provided by everyone was nice and they were helping. Everyone speaks with a smile . It is located in a calm area and inside the university there are lots of trees and shades which makes waking through various departments great. We have to walk a lot because there are lots of department and every department is located in seperate places.

One of the best Universities in Kerala to study under. It's campus is vibrant and very green..All the dept.staffs are cooperative and helpful. Photostat shop near the front office helps on all your online transactions.

Mahatma Gandhi University campus is located in Athirampuzha, Kottayam district. One of the best universities in Kerala.

It is a very good place to gain knowledge, there are many schools are available like school of chemistry, physics, computer science and arts etc. Inside university bank and ATM also available. Its difficult to reach the schools by walk, if bike, auto or car is there it is better.

Good University with a beautiful campus in verdant landscape and nature friendly. The Help desk is very knowledged and very helpful... Due to the pandemic things are getting longer than usual for our needs to be done. Overall a great experience.

It provides the best academic facilities.. The employees are very good at communication... Very helpful persons assisting the visitors as per their needs.. Especially students.. Speedy Redressal system... Very good atmosphere and the best infrastructure... Good parking area....

Its a very big area and nice to travel around and see with its own post office and distance education department. Good Prof. - Some of them came up with some advises too regarding distance education. Enjoyed there.
