Dumbur Waterfall

The fall was the only thing which make my trip worth it, the water was clean and there is nothing to talk about it is just simply enjoyable after 170km+ ride.

The waterfall enlivens your day, one can go down to the spot of the turbine room. The thrilling part is the bridge made up of bamboo and straw. The local children spent their time catching fish.
Good time to visit in monsoon or winters.

The boat journey towards resort was breathtaking. It was 45 mins journey between the Islands

Wow, the water here moves so much fast that the upper layer becomes fully whitish ( which is kinda of beautiful). Nothing so much here other than this waterfall and a general tiffin store, which sells teas of remember- worthy taste 😋 , stay in peace ✌.

Loved it. Reminds me of the backwaters of Kerala but so much better. Beautiful unspoilt nature. The roads need to be better but other than that a beautiful experience

Dumboor Lake is a charming water body located in Amarpur Sub Division 120 Km. away from Agartala. The look of the lake is like tabour shaped small drum, "Dumboor" of Lord Shiva from which the name "Dumboor" originates. A massive and breathtaking water body of 41 sq.km.
