I know more about my village Kaithaparampu, than about the college. It is a quiet, peaceful place. In our Indian academic system there is very little productive interaction between colleges and the society. While colleges enrich the society in general, their worth to local public seldom exceeds nuisance value. Hopefully in due course CSR will gain more attention and the college will prove its presence worthy.
