I know , this is one of the oldest bakery in Kaipattoor and near by area, but the owners need to understand the time has changed and people have various choices and options. I felt like they have very poor customer friendly and customer relations, feel like we are compelled to buy and we get items for free. i hope they will change this attire to ensure well served to customers
