Sreevalsam Residency, Kulanada

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sreevalsam Residency and I was impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional hospitality extended to me upon arrival. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff members were courteous and attentive throughout my stay.

The accomadation at Sreevalasam were nothing short of excellent. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

We spent two nights here on a marriage function and I must say that everything was excellent.very clean, hygenic and spacious rooms.Food was good and great value for money and services was attentive and efficient. Most friendly and helpful receptionist.

I definitely think this review will help you to make the right choice.

We love the place. The rooms are a experience of a five star hotel.We are extremely satisfied with all services provided from all staffs.I highly recommend all to visit this place once and have a good stay and enjoy.All are cooperative.

Very Good place to stay with all amenities. Price is bit high, but good stay.

Sreevalsam is a spectacular place to stay. It is very clean and modern hotel. The rooms were maintained and furnished well. The bathrooms had toilets, rain showers, and hot water. What else do you need? Wi-Fi was strong and fast. We had three rooms and stayed for two weeks and the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly and personable. They were genuinely nice and checked on us frequently.

Breakfast buffet was included. They serve lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant as well, and the food is both delicious, clean, and trustworthy.

Additionally, we booked a their banquet hall just to have lunch for a family gathering. The service was splendid, the food was served buffet style. There were so many options and all our guests were very impressed and satisfied.

The location was also perfect. It was in Kulanada, so it was a central location to all the other areas we needed to visit. Very easy to access many local stores within a few minute walk or get an auto if you wanted to go a little further. There is a parking lot also so no need to worry about where to park.

We have no complaints about our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone needing a room in the area.

Good rooms. Very hospitable people

Only one drawback and that is Bar is very close to the parking area. So felt a little discomfort as for my family. Some minimum seperation for the entrance to bar would be better.

I stumbled on to this place by accident on my way from Chengannur Mahadeva Kshethram to Kottarakara Ganapathy Kshethram when I stopped for a breakfast. Over the next four weeks, I made it a point to have my brakfast and lunch here whenever I was passing by.

Huge parking is the first positive sign you see. The restaurant ambience and setting is warm and homely. The food was excellent at all times I visited (3 breakfasts and 2 lunches) and the way they serve it made it even more special. On my second visit, I was unable to have coffee as I had a tooth removed, and they were quick to let me know that they would get me fresh fruit juice.

Lijo (I hope I spell the name right) was extremely professional and went out of his way to ensure that my parents were served and serviced like perfect. Hope the management takes good care of him.

The cost of the food was quite reasonable and never pinched the pocket.

Never saw the rooms, but going by the restaurant and the staff there, the hotel should be a great place to stay.

inspite of the location being a tier 2 city, the hotel,rooms, front office, food, restaurant - all were excellent.

huge parking space & food is awesome, receptionist, restaurant staff are too good.

only minus points, the windows didnt have locks, so the travelling with kids should be careful.

It's a finest hotel.service was great.they also have a good restaurant...located in state highway..access to local stores

Pros: Clean and neat. Well furnished and lightings inside rooms. Bathroom has good fittings. Linen, bedding are high quality. Polite hotel staff.
Cons: Restaurant food could be improved. Chapati was not cooked well. Beef had cartilages, they need to have only flesh and pressure cook. Mixed Veg curry had only potatoes and tasted sweet instead of spice and salt.

Overall it was good.

Nice food. Serves little slow but can wait, because it serves hot. Best packing when we order take away. Ambient environment. Best for groups and family. The only card accepted restaurant in Kulanada, so the payment is easy

Brilliant place , the stay was amazing, they have amazing rooms which is adequately large. I had booked a couple of rooms for my wedding and the reviews I got from my friends and relatives were exceptional. Worth the money. The food and service provided is great to keep you coming back for more.

Last Sunday I went to executive bar and the atmosphere is nice and the food is excellent especially Biryani.

100%satisfied for the price nd staffs were very polite , helpful nd honest. Foods were awesome too.

Superb food and ambience.. Lunch is a variety compared to other 3 or 4 star hotels..

Comfortable stay for tourists.
