This is the famous mandir of Durga mata. A very pious place in Darbhanga. People from all the nearby places comes here during Navratri festival. A very tall and beautiful statue of mata ji is established here. The priest of this mandir is very well versed with the mantras and he is devoted to mata ji. Must visit this place if you are in town. Mandir is beautiful with a divine murti of Vaishno Mata. Evening Arti around 6 pm is pretty crowded and has great ambience. Nice to visit during both Navratri. No parking space near Mandir and crowd management becomes difficult at times.

Very popular and old durga mandir situated in kathalwari near bhandar chowk. In a month of October a ten days navratri pooja organised by committee and ten thousand more people gather these days for maa durga worship. For people and children some fancy and toys shop, jhoola open these days and place convert a mela .
