An awesome place to visit while you are at the silk village Sualkuchi. There is a statue of Mahatma Gandhi inside this park. Actually there is a historic sense of making it. Mahatma Gandhi arrived right in this place when he came to Assam during the time of his non-violence movement in all over India. This dainty park is infested with lots of trees which provide a cooling effect inside the park.

Its by the bank of the river brahmaputra. You can enjoy the beauty of the park and the river brahmaputra simultaneously. Its just beautiful from both inside and outside. One can see the various important moments of independent war as they are placed here in the form of statues. Everyone Will love this place.

Beautiful place to see. There is a park. Near the Brahmaputra River. Yoga session held everyday morning and evening. Park is opened for every one in the evening.
