Customer-friendly, convenient and disciplined. I am a victim of ATM fraud and this branch took up the necessary action against it and ensured fast refund of my claims. Utmost care has been taken to verify the authenticity of my case. I applaud their diligence and promptness.

Doing banking since 20 years, been into many nationalized banks. However never seen BM and team like Subhasish ji. He is so focused on each customer and their requirements is unbelievable. No laid back attitude, no false commitments..
Fabulous service experience with him..

I'm a force member & have been a SBI customer for a very long time but Never before have I seen a bank employee, especially a branch manager(SUBHASISH DAS JI- dharapur chariali), so dedicated, hard-working, and yet still tenacious at the same time.
He personally helped me a lot in the banking process.
He has so much patience, skilled ,knowledgeable and listen everyone's queries and leaves no stone unturned in solving them at the same time.
The bank's other staffs were also cooperative although I directly had no conversation with them but was observing them working on the desks concerned.
The bank's vicinity was so serene and friendly that I personally urge SBI HQs to demonstrate such branch(darapur chariali) to other branches and also asked them to maintain such environment in their branches too.
N one last thing but not the least.... This is not true that to serve a nation you have to wear a defense uniform only but being in any department and at any post.. Work like worshiping is also serving a nation.

Very good experience visiting my first time in this branch. I went there to open a digital account through Vedio calling process.It is a new process of account opening and it is so simple and takes less time..Branch manager Subhashish Das guides me as a teacher and open the account very simply...lots of thank to him.....
