Holy Redeemer Church

Holy Redeemer Church (Sadupadesha Vidyalaya) on Hennur main road is a catholic Church. There is ample parking space available for cars and bikes. During special occasions cars can be parked in the grounds that can accommodate hundreds of cars. Special occasions mass is celebrated in the open. On normal days the mass is celebrated inside the church. There are a few entries and exits to the church . The main entrance is on Hennur main road. If you are coming from Kothanur the church is on the right and you will have to drive 100mtrs and take a U-turn, the roads can get crowded due to a traffic signal right outside the church (less than 25 metres). There is also a side gate , however the traffic signal is too short (10 seconds), hence would not recommend using that gate as you would have to wait to get past the signal.

Mass is served in English and Kannada. Overall you feel spiritually uplifted and closer to the lord at the church. Attaching a couple of photos taken during Christmas.

The services here I attended in English, and the services are very good. Good choir, homily and overall preaching is too good. The place is a little small and has plastic chairs for sitting. Thousands of devotees attend the Sunday service who sit outside the church in the corridors and garden area. The entire place has good sound system and LCDs are placed in various points for the participation in the Holy services by the devotees. The Parish Priest and his Assistant are very helpful too. Only drawback is the mosquitoes which zoom past you all around distracting your focus. Fogging the place should be an alternative which may help.

I wanted to share the wonderful experience I had at HRC during 2023 Christmas celebration. The church created a truly beautiful and memorable atmosphere that enhanced the joyous spirit of the holiday.

The church staff demonstrated consideration in arranging the seating. Despite the increased attendance for Christmas services, there was ample space between pews, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The Christmas service was both meaningful and engaging. The choir and musicians delivered beautiful performances, enhancing the worship experience. The message shared by the pastor resonated well with the spirit of Christmas.

It's a small church or chapel but compact & nice

Serene calm and peaceful church. Mass timings are very convenient. Mass services are quick and on time. Priests are very supportive and co operative. Ample parking space in church premises.

Cute small church excellently maintained garden. Quiet and peaceful. Gives one the urge to pray. The priests are young and sermons well related with their voices very clear with good accent. The choir was also great. Love the entire structure and gathering. Would definitely visit this church when in Bangalore again..

Huge parking space. They have mass at 9:30 on Sunday which is convenient for most of them, they do have early morning and evening mass too. All stone building with huge harden.

First time attended the funeral service in this church last week. Small but compact building. Good sermon and good singing by 4 person choir. Natural air from all sides. Praise to God.

Holy Redeemer Church - Prayful and Vibrant Parish.

A very vibrant Christian Parish managed by Redemptorist Fathers. Sunday Mass Timings are 7.00 am Kannada, 9:30am English and 6:30 PM English. There's ample car parking available.

Had been to this church to shoot for a baptism and I was so impressed by the decor, the vibe this place offered and the acoustics. The people who run this church are so friendly and it feels like home

This church is perfect, there's just one issue I think most of them have faced in the evening mass " Mosquitoes " Hope something could be done about that.
