I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received regarding a pressing issue with my debit card. Despite reaching out via email multiple times, I have not received any response from your team.

I emailed the customer service regarding a problem with my debit card for international use, expecting a timely and helpful resolution. Unfortunately, my experience has been marked by a complete lack of communication and assistance from your end. This neglect has left me frustrated and concerned about the security and functionality of my banking services.

I urge you to address this matter urgently and provide the necessary support to resolve the issues with my debit card. Effective communication is crucial in maintaining customer trust, and the current lack of response reflects poorly on ICICI Bank's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Poor services. Had visited the branch twice to open the salary account however still no proper information provided and was told to come back again. Co-ordination between employees is not good. Don't know how customer handle them🫤😔😔😶😶.
