Accidents are not always unpleasant. some are blessing in disguise. As my train was nearing kollam station, i was a bit worried. The hotel receptionist was not picking up the phone. It was late night and the pick up from station to the resort was not arranged. I accidentally stumbled upon the Kollam taxi club website and made a call. And the responce from just superb. The cab was waiting outside and the pick up was so hassle free and the ride was so pleasant that I decided to hire them for the rest of my trip. We were in Asthamudi for 4 days and engaged a car, the driver Atul was very prompt and friendly. He was knowledgeable and helpful with local sightseeing. He even out of the way to find ways to get quick Darshan in temples where possible. He was a very trustworthy person and we felt very safe for the entire trip. I would definitely recommend Kollam Taxiclub and if you get Atul you are very lucky. I'm sure they have other drivers with them that are also equally good. Oh, their charges are very nominal and don't have any extra frills.

Had a 2way trip from Kollam to Punalur in a clean Santro hatchback. Prince, the chauffeur was good in manners and impeccable driving. Overall very satisfying experience😊
