Very good pump, good space and tidy. The bathrooms were excellent and cleaned thoroughly. In fact the restrooms looked much better looking than many restaurants.

Nice and clean premises. Petrol cost less than OMC and quality looks good as no vibration felt at engine idle. Good option for MC road travellers

Recently Mr. Akhil posted a comment, which I can't accept, especially the quality and quantity of Essar products. Behaviour of staff is also not bad as he said. We are all human beings with feelings and emotions, and sometimes they may not be able to smile with customers. So please don't under estimate them.
since last one year, no complaits received from custo mers regarding quality , quantity and other services, especially the toilet, air facility, drinking water facility (cooled) etc. Also they are giving one bottle of Kerala Government's bottled drinking water onesealed bottle for each sale of fuel worth Rs.2000.00
Sometimes, card swiping will take one or two minutes, and that is only because of tower problem.

Good place with all facilities.. staff is very polite.. I regularly monitor the mileage of my vehicle whenever I fill petrol from any pump.. and I noticed that the petrol from them gives more mileage, which indicates that they use good quality fuel..

Today after refuel, I paid using Credit card, the transaction got rejected twice. However, later I got message from bank that the transaction was debited thrice. When I called the bank, they asked me to raise a dispute along with a printout of monthly statement :-O.
However, when I contacted the Essar Pump Kulakkada, they have assured me that if any multiple debits happened, they will refund the same to my bank account and no need to go for dispute on transaction , which is a long procedure. Being a banker, I know this was a lengthy procedure, hence the gesture offered by the gas station was really soothening and I really appreciate the excellent customer service offered by the team at Essar Kulakkada. Hats Off to your positive attitude and caring for customers . God Bless!

I dont know about the new management of pump as older one is serving bad quality of fuel i used to avoid this pump now i refuel my bike from here
I like to suggest to have a man present in the air refueling section as usually no one is there to refuel the air which causes a little inconvenience

Good petrol pump with neat toilet fecility and ideal fuel quality

They only serves BS VI fuel. You will get a complimentary water bottle on every time you re fuel it above Rs 2000

Price is bit high compared to other fuel outlets but you will get better mileage..

The pump is located in a good spot. The pump has enough space for a small stop and rest. The petrol from Essar pump is good as it gives good mileage.

Clean and tidy gas station with all the amenities that customer needs.

As per my experience essar fuel (Kulakkada,
Enath )gives more milege and efficiancy compared to nearby petrol pump. True fact 👌
