Bad experience. We were given a damaged car (Figo Aspire) that broke down in the middle of our trip, that too in a hilly area. The owner offered no help over phone and even refused to provide enough vehicle details to help a local mechanic who tried to help us, and we had to report to AVS head office to get help. Police helped us get back, leaving the damaged car there. But the owner, although paid for our taxi back, (only after the head office intervened), made us pay rent for the day on which we couldn't even use the car, as if no damage had happened. Will never recommend AVS to anyone again.
