Nice place to enjoy with your friends. Hooka is also available and they have license for that.
Good food and nice interior.

This place has a good outlook maintained like a jail...
And the environment is also good but not for kids or for senior citizen.
This place offers a vast variety of food and beverages along with hookahs, fruit beers and Mocktails.
So I wouldn't recommend you to bring your kids or parents along with you.
I will also recommend you to try noodles and White sauce pasta here.
And yes Garlic bread also.
Service here is also good.
You can't take photos with DSLR in here but sure you can take photos with you cellphone.

Before this visit I never likes varanasi but i ever I gt chance to visit varanasi again i am going to visit this place again just bcz of Santosh ji and also the food and services was awesome....

Nice place to hangout with friends, theme is based on jail, beautifully amazing. Service is moderate, food is excellent, also serves hukkah and many types of non alcoholic drinks.

Karagar is famous for hooka ....there lots of teenagers go ...and girls also...they do smoke... cigarette and hooka...also there you can get fast foods...but it's little bit costly....if you want to do small party with friends for few hours go there...but there 10,12 students you will see more...you can celebrate birthday party..also

It's a hookah bar restaurant and unique concept of designing in the restaurant it's like a jail as it's name as kargar cafe dishes are tasty and the coffee is quit good in taste if you are picture person than you must once vist this cafe it a picture perfect place
