Good appearance and room service was OK

This hotel is can be said as average. Appearance is good and food service is okay but room service cannot impress me. It is in the location full of rush and too much traffic. Yo may face a little trouble to reach. Overall room is neat and clean you can better check-in for alone or family. And yes with your girl friend too.

Best hotel to stay in orai. Though little costly but it's justified. Food served is very good and service is top notch and it also has a bar. It's located in the centre of City so there is no inconvenience.

The hotel was good. My best guess is as I attended the function personally there is that it is the best hotel in Orai. There is a lot of space for vehicles to be parked and the function to be organized. There can be gathering of many people at the same time and it has two grounds so there can be two weddings done on the same night. The staff is also good.

I am visiting the hotel since 2010, hotel is good with all comforts. I found the staff and management is genuine and gentle enough. They are very co-operative, listen to the guests and deliver the results. I would appreciate the kitchen management, food taste and quality even they serve on time and try to match the guests taste Though they keep things okay, but little up gradation may enhance the happiness of the guests I, e Addition of towel

The hotel is in a very good location, nice restaurants, small bars. The rooms are simple but clean. The reason for 5 stars is the staff. We had interactions with 3 of the guys on the front desk and each of them were delightful, especially with our little 2 year old.

The first thing which strikes you is the cleanliness of the hotel. Its very clean and well maintained. The hotel offers all the modern facilities and is well priced according to the services which it offers. The rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped with all modern fittings, and everything else good hotels offers. The staff are very helpful, professional, polite and responsive

If You are in Kanpur and looking for good Hotel than "Hotel jaiswal tower" is the only choice for you. Locality is good , rooms are cleaned & staff are good and helpful,Staffs are good. They always ready to listen you. Room service is also fine. Ac works great. Overall good experience Food is good & very tasty.

The room is a miniature version of a three star. Comfortable beds, fixtures that work, lights in the right places, strong free wifi, beautiful and very clean bathrooms. A very cooperative front desk staff. The check in is very cordial. I still wish I could ask them where they sourced their comfortable in room furniture. Loved it. I may never visit Kanpur again, but if I do, I'll stay here again.

visited this place for an event. Staff is very cooperative and food is also good. Best place for holding corporate events from small rooms to big halls. Roof top swimming pool is also there for pool parties. Overall a good place in the city for stay. Little expensive but justified with services and qualities.

The hotel is very nice, well maintained and staff is also very professional. Value for money.i always stayed there when in kanpur, only thing which needs to be modified is the variety in welcome drink. Check inn and check out is hassle free.Food offered is also very good both during breakfast and dinner.

Not expecting much in Kanpur, hotel jaiswal was a bit of a surprise. Located in the heart of the city, in the shopping market, it's entrance is small and deceptive. Lobby is minimalistic, but rooms are large, modern , clean and bright. Service excellent, food above average. Did not visit the Bar. The spa needs a mention here..... It's FANTASTIC . The decor, the lighting and the aroma the mood, it's done to international standards, I presume they will do similar look to the rest of the hotel too. For someone used to 5star stay, this will not disappoint you, but this is no leisure location

This is oldest star hotel in Kanpur and the people knows it all.The staff is Professional friendly and helpful. It centrally located in the midst of Kanpur city, Recently had a makeover when took by L group,has a bowling arena and a pub which makes a perfect place for living.
Rooms are big spacious but do have an old authentic and unique look.

Our July 2019 stay of two nights were very pleasant. The rooms are large the bathrooms were modern,beds were comfortable. The staff were all quite helpful and friendly and we appreciated the internet access available for a free.

The room, while it was shared, it was quite clean and well organized. The management and stuff were friendly and responsive to our requests. The hotel location was not super close to the city center, but that was actually good! Cause you got to enjoy the calm of a patio and no chaos at all

Staff is well trained and ambience is so positive and relaxing. They had many personnel for valet parking so took very little time to get my car. Food is excellent but expect heavy bills.

Enjoyed our stay here. Location was close to all the attractions but on a quiet street. Room was large...not plush but nice. Breakfast had lots of hot and cold options. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Very comfortable stay and child friendly. I was travelling along with my 6 year old and the hotel staff made us feel at home. The food menu and taste is exquisite and child friendly. Staff is very courteous and helpful.
