Glass House

The Glass House, as the name suggests, is primarily made of glass, allowing ample natural light to illuminate its interiors. Recently lot of tulip were planted here which is very lovable. There a big heart made up by natural grass and flowers which is Dreamable place for Lovebees.

Beautiful place in Lodhi Garden. Lots of people visit this place mostly for yoga, walk, picnic and also for photo shoots.

The glass house is located just off Lodhi Road. There is a small entrance from the road that leads directly to the Glass House. In late winters- the first couple weeks of February- there are a lot of flowers blooming in Lodhi Gardens. This year (2023) one can view tulips in different colors in and around the glass house. In summers, due to the dense cover and the fountains, this corner of Lodi Gardens is a few degrees cooler.

The Glass House in Lodhi Garden is a 5-acre nursery that contains shrubs, ground covers, indoor plants, and annual flower pots. The glass garden also features a bonsai park and rose garden.
The American architect Joseph Stein redesigned the garden in 1968 and added the glasshouse.

The glasshouse is nice place as it has lots of plants inside. This place is in southwest of lodhi garden......It is very different from the other spots in lodhi garden. It is neat and clean.........The plants outside also are neatly cut. you should see this place also.

Entry fee but Glass house is closed.

Beautiful garden to be in. Early morning weather was really nice. Can find many people walking jogging doing yoga relaxing around. Its a good start to a morning.

The place is so beautiful and the atmosphere.is quite cool and fresh. It's nicely kept and you can take permission to roam around and inside the glad house. There are several more small flower gardens set outside it.
There's no particular parking space available for it, but you can park your vehicle at gate no. 1 of Lodhi gardens and walk towards this, it's not that far .

Most people don't understand the purpose and are therefore giving low ratings. Though the entry is restricted but it is a great attempt to conserve some plants which need more care.

This place is a INDOOR PLANTS NURSERY RUN BY NEW DELHI MUNICIPAL COUNCIL cool environment and nature lovers, watch different species of indoor plants.
