Passport office -Warangal

It is called as Post Office Passport Seva Kendra which is located inside Hanamkonda Head Postoffice. The employees are too fast and consistent. The outside person is guiding properly. Everyone is doing good.

An easy way to get the verification of newly and renewal of passport services as earlier everything was carried out by Regional Passport Office Hyderabad but now the Head Post Office Of HANUMAKONDA is providing a very good service for the customers and helping them in the detailed way so they could know by their own and get the service done

My experience as a Fresh Applicant (Normal).

Slot booked online paying 1500rs.
Booking confirmed for date 21/04/2023 and time 9:45am

Went to the passport office at 9:40am and finished everything in just 30mins. Wgl office is very cool and the employees knows how to deal.

Documents required:
Take a printout of the Application receipt (they do validations).
Aadhar original and Xerox (1 set) for address proof.
10th Memo Original and Xerox (1 set) for DOB proof.
Sing both Xerox copies.

Note: The application form should be matched with Aadhar and the 10th memo. No spelling mistakes.
Aadhar card should be a long one that shows a tick mark for biometric verification.
The 10th memo should have a school stamp on it.

Counter 1: Once you enter one of the employee checks the documents and sends you in.
C2: Biometrics and Photo
C3: Final verification and you can go out.

The next day 22/04/2023 Police came to my address and verification was completed.

On 27/04/2023 received msg that the Passport is dispatched through Speedpost

On 29/04/2023 I received my passport.

Very smooth procedure. Take one extra ID like PAN or Voter ID. All the best.!

Best place with proper process and execution. Just have all your documents handy and your process is done very quick. the only problem is not everyone coming in given slot but with the total number of applicants coming to this camp this leisure process helps as someone coming from remote location can get the process completed if they are late by few minutes. Hope this is how most other government offices function in near future
