Amreshwar Mahadev Temple

Absolutely stunning. Loved the temple. A slight walk is required, some steps, so wear good shoes and watch out for monkeys and langoor taking your back, but the temple, the view and the experience are definitely not to be missed.

An old temple and usually everyone skips it
But one of the oldest temples with a rich history.
This temple is older than Ranthambore fort and it was a place of worship by the royal family.

Less than 2kms drive from the main gate but there is no proper road and lots of stones.you will require to walk a few hundred meters. Spend some time here and feel the positive energy

Such a beautiful place, this temple is at little height but easily walkable distance. It is inside a little forest kind of area, so you have to take your own vehicle there. In the middle of the road, you could find deers, langoors as well.

The way to visit here was so scaring ,😶.
And The Temple is a mile Stone in the lap of nature.
Feel the each and every sound , Relax the activity which was i do here for know the creativity of nature were awesome. I would say go here and visit in Early in the MORNING.

Best time to visit this place is Monsoon season. Lush green forest with a number of wild species moving around, Lord Mahadeva at the top of the hill, pond near the temple, sound of peacocks... Everything takes you to the next level of excitement and experience. Best thing is that you won't have to see your mobile phone regularly, as there is no mobile network here.

Be cautious while bathing in ponds, as the base is uneven and may cause drowning.

Generally four wheelers aren't allowed, bikes are allowed.

Near to Ranthambore sanctuary. Lush green forest with natural flow of water. Lord Mahadev at the top of the hill.
Snakes and fishes are in the pond so be careful when you take bath in the pond.
1.5 km inside from the main road.

Lord Shiva Temple in the Ranthambore National Park. The temple is approx 2 kms inside the jungle and can be visited from 6 AM to 5 PM. The road has pointed rocks and vehicles need to be driven at lesser speed.

Vehicles are parked 100 metres away from the temple and there are some stairs which needs to be climbed to reach the temple. It takes hardly 5 minutes to climb. The temple locations and the waterfall is very pretty

Absolutely marvellous. In the jungle. Surrounded by nature. Almost sureshot (towards evening) you will see deers, barasingha, sambhar, Neel gai besides monkey and peacock. The temple itself is so soothing. There is a waterfall that flows all seasons. More so in rainy season.

This is great place . it have waterfall and also two sweeming pool .the view is very nice from their. First time you will think that wow I'm at high mountain and you can sea river from their and their water is so clean and safe for your skin .i enjoyed their and also bathed their. I felt so lucky that i went their. I think everyone should go their and enjoy it. really you will like that and i will go again their in next year .

The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is nestled amidst the high hills on the way to Ranthambore National Park from Sawai Madhopur. It is said that Amareshwar Mahadev is 1200 years old temple as old as Ranthambhore Fort. To reach temple in early years was almost impossible because of dense jungle all around. Till today one has to walk/drive for one km inside the jungle area via Ranthambhore road. During rainy season a waterfall is an added attraction. Large numbers of pilgrims visit during Shivratri festival.

A very beautiful place in lap of nature. Located in forest and made on hillock. It feels very calm and relaxing there. There are two temples one of Lord Shiva and another of Lord Ram with Laxman and Sita ma.
