Vipassana Center nalanda

Beautiful place as I had done my 1st Vipassana retreat here on 2nd of Jan 2023.

I recently spent 10 days at the Dhamma Nalanda Vipassana Center in Nalanda, Bihar, India. I had never done Vipassana meditation before, but I was looking for a way to relax and de-stress. I was not disappointed.

The center is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by trees and mountains. The facilities are simple but clean and comfortable. The food is vegetarian and delicious.

The most important part of the experience was the meditation itself. We learned the Vipassana technique from a highly experienced teacher. The technique is based on the observation of the body and the mind. It is a powerful tool for self-awareness and transformation.

I came to the center with a lot of stress and anxiety. I left feeling much calmer and more peaceful. I also felt a deeper connection to myself and to the world around me.

I would highly recommend the Dhamma Nalanda Vipassana Center to anyone who is looking for a way to relax, de-stress, and learn about Vipassana meditation.

I have did my first 10 days course here and my experience is awesome. A perfect place for meditation away from noise and surrounded by a beautiful panorama of nature with lash green trees and a pond.

Its awesome place , vibes of this place is so positive and natural , u will feel a different energy there, its a vipAssana meditation centre . everything is good there the management , discipline mentor and all.you will live ur 11 days of life like never before.

This is the place where you can find your God within yourself. Really best place for purification of mind. Your habit patterns will be totally change after having vipassana.
