I know what self compassion feels like and this helps me to see when I am not compassionate with myself. One of the biggest benefits I got out of this retreat was seeing pain in a more honest and intimate way and now knowing I don't have to allow it to boss me around. There is a very interesting dance that happens between the mind and body when the pain sensation appears. Equanimity and impermanence are beautiful lessons to learn. Loved the place and hospitality provided by Guru sewaks.

Anyone who is interested in meditation should visit here at least a once. This place is located in the lap of natural beauty. Foremost experience is the Having an incredible , genuine, polite and heart touching behaviour from management and teacher. 🙏🙏

This is a serene, natural place for practicing Vipassana meditation. This place having a very strong positive and blissful vibrations which supports our 'sadhana' to make mind stressfree and relive our emotional and other behavioral distress.
