Aurogant people customer satisfaction is not moto only earning is important. Also very costly not as per quality , showing like they are brand Shop but nothing is branded all dresses are purchasing in non branded market and showing it as branded

Very worst customer service i have ever seen...
My sister has brought one dress from this store... At the time of buying they have assured us that it can be alter.. so we went to tailor with one of store's staff.. but tailor said, this dress can not be alter bcz of stone work... so we went back to "Roma" store but they have denied to refund our money... They start arguing with us .. Though it was just five minute process... at last they have not refunded money.. they were very arrogant

Just try...if u get good dress then it's ur luck. But gud for traditional wear dresses.
